6. SMS & Electronic Communications

Our Consent Agreement for Electronic Disclosures and Communications details this process and is incorporated here by reference. We send appointment information and confirmation messages along with reminders to customers once they have booked an appointment with us and have opted in to receive communication and promotional messages from our number

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to our number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@quickficapital.com or call/text us at (631) 503-0777.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

This Agreement and any disputes are governed by the laws of New York without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings will take place in New York courts.

14. Entire Agreement And Severability

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and QuickFi Capital regarding the use of our Website and Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
